When a customer places an order their full name, delivery address, telephone number of a land line (or any other known telephone number), e-mail, and in case payment will be made with a credit card, the number and expiration date of the card, will be required. This information will in no way be disclosed, transferred, or sold to a third party unless imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc.). The relevant customer data will be notified to the responsible bank (e.g. credit card number and expiration date) in order to complete the transaction of the ordered products. CANCELLING AN ORDER For any order cancellation (full or partial) an e-mail needs to be sent to illyshop@kafeaterra.gr or fax to 213 090 5599. This option is offered to the customers until the moment that they are informed by e-mail for the shipping of their order. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible. PAYMENT METHODS To facilitate and serve all those who wish to make purchases from our online shop, www.illyshop.gr offers customers the following payment methods: Charging a credit card. The charge in your credit card happens the day the procedure for shipping the goods begins. www.illyshop.gr has taken all of the necessary measures to secure credit card transactions. For credit card purchases up to 100€ the customer has the choice of up to 6 interest free payments. For purchases of more than 100€ the customer has the choice of up tο 12 interest free payments. Delivery, the moment the products are received. For purchases more than 50€ the delivery charges are free.Also www.illyshop.gr offers the customer the choice whether the transaction will be made with a receipt or invoice. Invoices are issued provided that the following information is given: Name, Tax I.D., D.O.Y. and description. PRICES OF PURCHASABLE PRODUCTS The prices shown in the catalogues under each product include V.A.T. The V.A.T. on all consumable products is 13% while the machines, cups, and beverages are 23%. For some parts of Greece where reduced V.A.T. rates apply, prices are lower than indicated. So if a customer’s business headquarters is in one of those areas, after the completion of the order, a total amount is calculated with a(reduced) V.A.T. Even if the purchase is made with a credit card, the above difference is removed from the amount of the order. Note : The reduced V.A.T. is only for wholesale and invoice purchases. RETURNING PRODUCTS The customer has the right to return the products that they have purchased, without penalty and without being required to explain the reason for returning the product as long as it is within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product.
